Edge-O-Dock Leveler

- Mechanical Operation
The Mechanical spring counterbalance Edge-O-Dock is operated by hooking the lip and lifting until the tip of the lip clears the bed of the trailer. With an outward lifting motion the lip is extended and the dockleveler is lowered to the trailer. When the trailer departs the lip retracts behind the bumper face automatically. Units comes complete with bumpers and hook.
- Hand Pump Operation
The Hand Pump Hydraulic system eliminates manual lifting. The hand pump is used to lift the deck and extend the lip. The operator rotates the relief valve allowing the deck to descend down and rest upon the trailer. When the trailer departs the lip drops automatically behind the face of the bumpers. Electric Operation
The Electric Hydraulic Edge-O-Dock (1/3 H.P. 115V) is the easiest to operate. After the truck is backed against the dock, push and hold the control button. The ramp raises and the lip will extend and rest on the truck bed. When the truck departs the lip retracts behind the bumpers automatically

Aluminum Light Weight Dock Plates
These plates are easy to handle and
recommended for nonpowered hand truck loading
applications. Plates have a bolt on steel leg for securing the plate between the
dock and the trailer. Plates have anti slip safety surface.

Aluminum Walk Ramps
  |
Ramps feature a 1-1⁄2" high safety
curb on each side. Heavy duty steel chains with steel grab hooks are attached to
each side of ramp for safely securing ramp to truck. Constructed of strong
aluminum alloy with non-skid tread surface. The ramp is lightweight and easy to
handle. Available in either an overlapping style that rests on the truck bed,
suffix "A", or steel hook style that mounts onto the truck extensions, suffix
"B". |
