Dock Lifts

Ground to dock lifts makes lifting safe and easy. Our lifts have removable hand rails and fixed toe boards, a fixed steel bridge, push button control with 20 feet of cord, and a remote power 6.5 HP motor unit.

These steel plates mounted on your dock are a safe and easy way of ramping your docks. These levelers don't require a fork truck to place in position and are easy to operate by one person! These have a 27" ramping length, come with 18" high rubber bumpers, have a 5" service range above and below the edge of dock and are available in 3 power lifting variations.

• Mechanical Operation
  The Mechanical spring counterbalance Edge-O-Dock is operated by hooking the lip and lifting until the tip of the lip clears the bed of the trailer.  With an outward lifting motion the lip is extended and the dockleveler is lowered to the trailer.   When the trailer departs the lip retracts behind the bumper face automatically.   Units comes complete with bumpers and hook.

• Hand Pump Operation
  The Hand Pump Hydraulic system eliminates manual lifting.  The hand pump is used to lift the deck and extend the lip.  The operator rotates the relief valve allowing the deck to descend down and rest upon the trailer.  When the trailer departs the lip drops automatically behind the face of the bumpers.  Unit comes complete with bumpers, hand pump with bracket, cylinder, hydraulic lines and oil

• Electric Operation
  The Electric Hydraulic Edge-O-Dock (1/3 H.P. 115V)  is the easiest to operate.   After the truck is backed against the dock, push and hold the control button.   The ramp raises and the lip will extend and rest on the truck bed.  When the truck departs the lip retracts behind the bumpers automatically

These plates are easy to handle and recommended for nonpowered hand truck loading applications. Plates have a bolt on steel leg for securing the plate between the dock and the trailer. Plates have anti slip safety surface.

These aluminum and steel boards are designed for safe use with a forktruck and have side curbs to help prevent accidents. Safety legs are bolted on underside. Dockboard should be at least 15" WIDER than equipment passing over it.

These heavy duty steel boards have safety pins to keep the board in position between the dock and trailer. The forktruck lifting rings  and edge rails help to make these boards safe and easy to use. Side curb adds 6" to width dimensions.

These yard ramps are a safe way to have ground level trailer access. These have 4" high safety curbs, positive steel traction grating, safety locking chain for vertical supports, 16" overlap lip, manual hand crank, 9" steel wheels and rubber bumpers. Ramps have a 45" to 62" service range.
