U.S. Government cards can be debited showing item purchased and freight as one charge.

Purchase Orders: Factory Supply will accept a purchase order from established businesses, municipalities, and government agencies. Fax the order on your letterhead with all ship to, billing information, purchase order number, item stock numbers and written descriptions of items You must include your contact name and number, and any standard credit information.

Shipping Policies: All items shipped are guaranteed to be undamaged when they leave the manufacturer. WHEN ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF YOUR GOODS, PLEASE INSPECT BEFORE SIGNING OFF WITH TRUCKING COMPANY. Claims often can not be accepted after the items are delivered and customer signs off on delivery.

Payment Terms: NET 15 days from new customers; NET 30 days for previous customers. Special items may require an advance payment up to 50% deposit. Items totaling over $5,000 require a 30% deposit.
