and have a 250lb capacity per roller and
are 1.9" diameter. Larger or smaller roller diameters are
available, as well as POWERED ROLLER CONVEYORS.
Roller conveyors are ALWAYS measured by inside rail
width! Our conveyors listed here have the rollers mounted LOW on the
frame. We can help engineer your conveyor project from
your layout.

Incline Plastic or Rubber Belt Conveyor Plastic or rubber conveyor belts with cupped cleats for moving product 9 feet ( or to your specs) vertically. Our basic unit has a 3 foot infeed straight section, 9 foot vertical section, and a 2 foot nose over discharge section. The frame is painted mild steel and we can install a lexan (plexiglass) clear cover for easy viewing of material flow. Any custom size available and frame can be made from stainless steel.

needed and flexible enough to bend around corners or posts.
Adjustable leg height helps gravity flow your product in the
direction you want. Push section together to fold up, accordion
style, when not in use. Top roller skate-wheel design, with nylon
wheels moves your product easily. 226 pounds per lineal foot
capacity. Heavy-duty casters 5" x 1 1/2" swivel casters with steel
foot brake on both ends. Zinc-plated legs, 1 1/8"square tubing.
Standard leg height adjustment is 28" to 44".

convenient way to off load trucks, move material thru a plant, or as
a pack off staging area from powered conveyors. These listed are all
10 foot STEEL sections
and have the roller wheels on 3" centers. 5 foot sections are 1/2 listed 10 foot price.
Stands are not included and are optional.
