Light Duty Conveyors

Total capacity not to exceed 300 lbs and single items should be 100 pounds or less. The belt is 12 inches wide and the length is available in 6 foot increments. The belt speed is 60 FPM and the electric motor can be plugged into a standard 115 volt outlet. 8 foot cord.

The conveyor is very light, weighs apx 125 pounds for the first 7 foot section with each additional section weighing apx 70 pounds.

* Side rails can be added also steel side sheets for sorting, wheels for transporting, cleats for inclines and hoppers or chutes!* Many options available.

This conveyor is the total package offering power, portability and affordability. This unit has a 14" wide belt and overall frame width of 20". Standard features like 1 hp. motor wired for 115v variable height adjust infeed, BEEFY 300 lb. total capacity and 150 lb per unit capacity at 65 fpm. The conveyor bed folds down

and is mounted to a base frame on casters for easy moving and storage.

Incline Conveyor

(Roller Bed/Slider Bed)

Floor-to-floor incline is equipped with an adjustable double nose-over at the discharge end to insure a smooth transfer from incline to horizontal plane. Rollers make higher load capacities possible. Can also be used as a booster conveyor in gravity flow systems.
