Elevating Work Carts

Portable ergonomic elevating carts minimize worker bending and lifting. Material can be easily loaded onto cart from table, lowered to safe transporting height, and raised to unload at destination. Foot pump includes a soft-lowering down valve. Move easily on four polyurethane casters, two swivel with brakes and two rigid. All models feature an internal hydraulic velocity fuse in each cylinder. Steel or stainless steel construction.

Our battery operated scissor carts provide an ergonomic and safe solution to raising and lowering table heights. The platform size on the 1000lb capacity cart is 20 1/2" wide x 39 3/4" long for either cart and the 2,000lb capacity cart has a 20" x 40" top. Standard Units bolt on simply to any platform. Ball bearings are on 3-1/4" centers. Standard sizes have 12 gauge chrome bases, custom sizes are powder coated blue. Platform has a chrome finish and each ball capacity is 75 pounds (250 pounds per table) with a 4 3/8" x 5 1/4" spacing. Unit sits on top of your table.

Self-Elevating Table

Touch Pad Controls

These lifts are available in steel or aluminum and have touch pad controls with variable speed. The aluminum is ideal for a clean room environment. Platform sizes are 24" wide x 19" long and the 400lb capacity units are 24" x 20". The service range is 5 1/2" to 72"on the 125lb capacity units and the range is 5 1/2" to 57" on the 175lb capacity units. These FAST LIFTS have two swivel and two locking wheels, and have two maintenance free batteries. 24 volt DC to raise and lower, have an on board battery charger, and they are easy to push even when fully loaded.
